Everybody do feel depression sometimes. We can't avoid that. We are humans and we are born to have feelings. At times like we do feel that we are boiling inside and we want something torn into pieces, we do want these emotions to cool down and turn to positive elements so that we could go on with our lives with peace and calmness inside.
