What To Do When Feeling A Bit Depressed?

Everybody do feel depression sometimes. We can't avoid that. We are humans and we are born to have feelings. At times like we do feel that we are boiling inside and we want something torn into pieces, we do want these emotions to cool down and turn to positive elements so that we could go on with our lives with peace and calmness inside. So, I've list down tips on how to calm down when feeling depressed or angry (which I eventually have searched over the internet).

  1. Take a Walk. Exercise can be a great stress reliever in itself, as it helps you blow off steam and releases endorphin. Taking a walk when stressed can bring you the benefits of exercise--both short-term and long-term, and it provides the bonus of getting you out of the stressful situation. This
